When you or your loved one require assistance with personal care in your own home, Eternal Homecare Reading is an approved provider for local authority social services. Contacting social services is made easy, and we can even reach out on your behalf. A trained officer from social services will visit your home, assess your situation, and provide recommendations on how our carers can assist you. They may suggest care visits for short periods at key times of the day when you require support.

In England, social care for adults can be free for up to 6 weeks, but only if the individual meets the criteria for intermediate care as determined by the assessment.
